an interesting view
but couple things need to be taken care of next time shooting night photography ..
you should have let the exposure morethan 20" cuz to me its not slow enuff to capture the whole light sequence as you can see to right in the bottom of the photo you should not see the vehicle moving ..
so set the shutter speed to 20" or more
the exposure to 1+ stop
and the aperture to 12 to prevent getting too much light
and the ISO is about 100 will be great in order to reduce the noise
